Emery W. Shane founded the Shane Investment Property Group in 2001 after 20 years in the Real Estate industry. His purpose was threefold:

  • Serve the professional investor with the highest level of personal service, in-depth market knowledge, and with product/marketing expertise.

  • Operate on a national platform, without surrendering the service a boutique firm has to offer.
