Chris Howard specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties primarily in the northeast Metro Atlanta market with a concentration in single and multi-tenant retail properties. With a background in leasing and investment sales, Chris has gained critical knowledge that benefits his clients throughout the entire transaction and aids them in achieving their goals.
Before joining Shane, Chris facilitated the mall implementation strategy of Cricket Wireless across the United States, closing over $3 million of leases. Chris also previously served as an Investment Sales Associate specializing in the acquisition and disposition of land. At the University of Georgia, Chris earned his B.S. in Consumer Economics and Housing.
