A Word About Pricing
While it is true that we have set many records for prices we have obtained for properties, it is significant to note that
we have achieved these prices within the confines of the marketing strategy that our clients have given us. In some cases, extreme
urgency was required (by a financial institution, for example). In another case, a seller required us to market to only
out-of-area buyers, as he did not want his tenants "shopped" by leasing agents or other owners. Finally, the market has dictated
that pricing be raised beyond what any local buyers will pay. Our ability to capture these out of area buyers is your advantage in the
marketplace.
