Jason Chaliff is an Investment Advisor with over 8 years of experience in commercial banking. Prior to joining Shane, Jason worked as a commercial banker for Wells Fargo and BB&T in the Atlanta and Washington D.C. markets.
Jason brings a unique skill set and perspective to Shane. Beginning his banking career in the BB&T Leadership Development Program, Jason was trained by industry experts in structuring commercial loan transactions. Throughout his career in banking, Jason served in both client facing roles as a relationship manager and as the lead underwriter for a team of commercial bankers. Jason underwrote over $300 Million in commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes in his time at BB&T and Wells Fargo. His experience in structuring deals for investors, operators, and developers has given him the keen ability to quickly understand the financial challenges and opportunities in any transaction.
Jason is an undergraduate alumni of the University of Georgia where he majored in Real Estate. Furthering his knowledge in finance and real estate, he recently obtained an MBA from Emory University’s Goizeuta Business School.
