Sales Professionals

  • Earning Potential: $250,000 – $450,000+

  • Training Program: Each agent participates in a custom tailored, focused training program that hones the skills that have produced seven-figure incomes.

  • Personalized Roadmap: The firm helps draft (along with each agent) a personalized roadmap for success, including product type and market, based upon individual abilities and desires.

  • Mentoring Program: If appropriate, agents are teamed with, and mentored by, highly seasoned veterans. This results in accelerated success.

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record demonstrating success selling a product and/or service.

  • Time Commitment: Success in this business does not happen overnight. Agents must be willing to put forth the time and effort necessary to achieve results. This may include some nights and weekends.

  • Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate is beneficial, although not required.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical & communication skills.

  • Goal oriented & results driven.
